Erste Asset Management Finalizes Acquisition of InterCapital Asset Management

Erste Asset Management (Erste AM), a leading asset manager in Central and Eastern Europe, has finalized the acquisition of 100% of InterCapital Asset Management d.o.o. (ICAM), a well-established Croatian asset management firm. The final closing of the transactions took place on Thursday, 5.6.2025 and received all necessary regulatory approvals.

This acquisition significantly strengthens Erste AM’s position in the Croatian market, increasing its assets under management in the country to over €1 billion. The transaction encompasses the management of all UCITS investment funds, alternative public offering funds, and funds for Croatian war veterans and their families, totaling approximately €450 million.
